The clever solution from Hawle makes it possible
For the removal of the main valve of hydrants with upper extension the complete extension had to be excavated. This was due to the narrowing of the design of the attachment.
No more expensive excavations
Especially in paved or tarred areas the excavation of the upper hydrant extension causes very high costs and delays the revision.
The process developed by Hawle, for which a patent has been applied, enables the existing spindle bearing to be machined. The complete main valve linkage is dismantled using the existing upper hydrant extension. By using a longer linkage or a Hawle revision cartridge, the spindle bearing is repositioned. Expensive and time-consuming uncovering and repairing of the lining is no longer necessary. - This saves a great deal of time and money.
